Scott's Toyota GT86 [Build Thread]

Hi all,
For those of you who know me, I love a car with a story and my 86 is no exception.

So this is my Toyota GT86 (2012 model). Since these cars first came out I was obsessed with them and eventually in 2016 I bought this from my buddy Chris. He was the first owner and had thrown an extensive amount of time and money into the car. It was one of the first 86s built by Fensport, being number 4 to be turbocharged in the UK. No expense was spared during the build, with the car essentially becoming a road legal track car – Currently running 340bhp/300whp.

Feature on Toyota’s website:

I am the 2nd and 4th owner.

Back in 2016 I only had the car for a few months before making the decision to go back to University and sold the car to fund my studies. Jump forward to the start of 2021, post University, I had kept in touch with the car’s 1st owner as well as the 3rd owner, and after 5 years I was offered the opportunity to be reunited with the car again.

I’ve spent the last year making further enhancements and have big plans for the car over the 2022 season and can’t wait to get to work!
