Whats your car history?

Thought I’d post a list of cars I’ve owned since I started driving. I’m probably the oldest or one of the oldest here (passed my test in 1986 at 17).

So here it goes (not all in order and can’t remember all of them)

• Escort GTi ( just bought another house so had to save)

• Corsa VXR

Heres a few photos of a couple below:

Definitely missed some off, but that list leads to what I have now, a Corsa VXR Nurburgring edition.

As you can see, my car history has been a bit up and down due to financial reasons and I had some right sh*t ones but just in case you hadn’t gathered I’m into cars! Oh, and not to forget, a couple of road and Moto cross bikes can be added to that list .

I’m going to keep modding the Corsa VXR as much as I can (then I’ll probably sell it and add to the list!). I’ve got some new bonnet graphics going on soon, then an induction kit, bigger injector’s and a re-map so should be around 235 -240bhp. Then I’ll start work on getting the engine bay looking good. Maybe I’ll tint the front windows and add some underglow

Wow, that’s quite a list, I thought I’d had a lot of cars! Some insane cars on there mate, nice to see some photos of the 86 to. I might do my own car list on here to

Thanks, wish I’d still got some of them and I’ve missed some off as can’t remember do miss the 86 have to get everyone to add what cars they have had .

There’s a few on that list I wouldn’t have minded owning! What do you reckon the best few were?

Looking forward to reading more about the VXR, definitely worth doing a build thread on it over in #members-cars

The last Evo 6 I had was probably the best performance wise and handling the lotus was probably the best looking but not very practical and not very quick. But going back , my 205 GTi when I was in my early 20s was great fun . Gt86 again was good looking car not exactly fast and not very practical but do miss that for the looks . I’ll try and do some on the vxr has hoping to get things done next year on it .
